ACCOUNT
HOW DO I REGISTER/CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON POKERBROS?
Once you download the app, you will see the login screen with the option to create an account. You can create an account via any of these methods:
Register: You create a username and password. After your second login you will be asked to bind an email address to the account. This will not only help to improve security but also allow you full access to everything the app has to offer.
Facebook: If your device is linked to a Facebook account, you will be able to create an account this way. Please note that once an account is created this way, the only way to access the account in future will be via Facebook.
Sign in with Apple: This option is only available to Apple users, and allows you to create an account using your Apple ID. Please note that once an account is created this way, the only way to access the account in future is via Apple ID.
Your username must be 2-12 characters in length. Your Login ID is different from your in-game username.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, PokerBROS has a feature that allows users to delete their accounts. In order to do so, please follow the steps listed below:
- Quit from all the Clubs your account belongs to.
- Tap your avatar in the top left corner of the app’s main screen.
- Select Account Deletion.
- Enter your Player ID and press Continue.
- Enter and then re-enter your password. Press the Continue button.
- Read the warning and confirm your decision with the checkbox next to it. Then press the Continue button again.
Remember that this action is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, it’s impossible to restore it.
Login information (email address and password) associated with deleted Player account will be removed immediately. Operational records such as playing history (betting, call, fold, raise, etc.) will be removed in 6 days after the account deletion. No information is retained past the 6 day period.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email. Please bear in mind that you must have previously bound your email account to your PokerBROS account to access this feature. You will be prompted to bind an email to your account after your first login. The email will not be accepted if it is already bound to a different PokerBROS account or if there are any blank spaces left before or after the email address.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
In the main lobby, after logging in, click on the top-right dropdown menu and select “Change Password”.
HOW DO I ADJUST MY TABLE THEME, BACKGROUND, BUTTON AND CARDS?
In the main lobby, click on the top-right dropdown menu and select “Theme Setting”. Here you have the option to change the Theme, Table, Button, Background and Cards for each game type separately. You may also choose to set the theme for “ALL” game types at once (“ALL” is selected by default at the top of this screen).
You can also change your table theme when at a table. Click the top-left dropdown menu and select “Table Settings” > ”Theme Setting”.
HOW DO I BIND MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
In the upper right corner of the main lobby, click on the dropdown menu and select “Bind Email”. In the field, type (not copy and paste) your email address. Make sure not to use any capital letters or leave any empty spaces. When you have entered your email address, click “Get Verification Code”. The code will be sent to the email address you have entered. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to receive the code, but it doesn’t hurt to check your Spam/Trash inbox just in case!
Your email will not be accepted if it is already bound to a different PokerBROS account.
HOW DO I CHECK MY MESSAGES?
Your messages can be found by clicking the mailbox icon on the bottom of the main lobby screen. You can also access your messages from inside any Clubs you’re a member of (expand the Club menu on the bottom right and then click the envelope icon on the left-hand side).
HOW DO I CHANGE OR TURN OFF MY AVATAR?
In the main lobby, click on the top-left image of your avatar next to your nickname and Player ID number. Click on your avatar image again on the “Profile” screen and choose your favorite avatar from the “Change Icon” menu. Enable or disable your avatar by turning the “Show Avatars” switch on or off.
CAN I CHANGE MY NICKNAME?
Yes. On the main lobby screen, click on the top-left image of your avatar next to your nickname and Player ID number. On the “Profile” menu, next to your current nickname and flag, there is a notepad icon – click it to change your nickname. Everyone can change it once for free and purchase further name changes with Diamonds.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY TABLE SETTINGS?
Inside any game table, click on the dropdown menu located on the top-left of your screen to open the “Table Settings” menu. There are multiple options available:
- Theme Setting: allows you to change many elements of your table’s appearance, such as your table theme, cards and button.
You can also switch several features ON or OFF:
- Show Avatars
- Show Badges
- Cards Pre-Sort
- Show Stack in Big Blinds*
- Auto Time Bank*
- Voice message
- Text message
- Emoji
*Some features are only available to users with a VIP Card.
WHAT CAN I BUY IN THE SHOP?
In the Shop you can purchase Diamonds with real money, and items with Diamonds.
1) Diamonds are the currency on PokerBROS. You need them to buy all the other items in the app, from VIP Cards to in-game items like Timebanks and Emojis. Diamonds are also exchanged for Club Chips in your private Clubs.
2) Gold is used in the Gold Lobby to buy in to ring games and tournaments where you can compete with players all over the world, any time. When you register an account, you get 10,000 Gold for free, and receive Gold daily just for logging in. Any time you need more Gold, you can buy it in the Shop for Diamonds.
Gold is different from the Chips used in private Clubs. If you create or join a Club, each Club will use its own Club Chips that are not transferable outside that Club. When joining a Club, you will either need to buy that Club’s Chips with Diamonds or ask your friends to send you Club Chips.
The first time you create your own Club, you will receive 10,000 Club Chips for free.
3) Items in the Shop available for purchase with Diamonds include Timebanks, Emojis, Rabbit Cams and VIP Cards (Bronze, Silver and Gold). VIP Cards grant perks depending on the level of Card, unlocking in-app features and boosting the number of Clubs you can create. Click on a VIP Card in the Shop to see the full list of rewards for each type.
HOW DO I BUY DIAMONDS?
In the main lobby, click on the Shop located in the bottom right of the screen. You’ll find all of the available Diamond packages for your region there.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREDIT DIAMONDS I HAVE BOUGHT?
It may take up to 24 hours for your purchase to be credited to your account.
IT’S BEEN 24 HOURS AND STILL NO DIAMONDS?
If it has been over 24 hours and you still have not received the Diamonds you have purchased, please provide us your User ID and a screenshot of your receipt with a visible Order ID (the one you usually receive via email) to care@pokerbros.net and we will investigate.

WHAT CAN I PLAY IN THE GOLD LOBBY?
As soon as you register a free PokerBROS account, you gain access to the Gold Lobby where there are a variety of games available any time, to enjoy with friends, family and poker lovers all over the world:

HOW DO I GET GOLD?
All new players receive 10,000 Gold to get started. Our Daily Bonus automatically awards everyone more Gold just for logging in – the amount rises as consecutive days’ visits rack up (from 100 Gold on Day 1 to 15,000 for regular players).
Gold is also available for purchase with Diamonds in the Shop.
WHAT CAN I USE GOLD FOR?
Gold is used to play tournaments and ring games in the Gold Lobby. Ring games have Gold buy-ins from just 100 Gold (blinds 1/2) to 10,000 Gold (blinds 250/500), while tournaments (single table and multi-table) are available at a similar range of Gold buy-in levels.
In the main lobby, you can also use Gold for the Lucky Draw feature. The Lucky Draw is free daily, awarding guaranteed prizes from Diamonds to items, but you can skip the cooldown and spin again for Gold.
CLUBS
HOW DO I JOIN A CLUB?
To join a Club, you must know its Club ID – a number of at least five digits (e.g. 12345). When you receive a Club ID from a friend, enter it in the “Join a Club” box, found by clicking the magnifying glass icon beneath your Diamond balance in the main lobby. You may also optionally add the Player ID of the friend who referred you to the Club.
HOW DO I CREATE A CLUB?
In the main lobby, click on the house-with-plus-sign icon directly below your avatar, on the upper left. This opens the “Create a Club” screen, where you can choose your Club name, icon and even upload a custom cover (for a Diamond cost). For the first Club you create, you will receive 10,000 Club Chips for you and your friends to start playing with!
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CLUB LEVEL?
In your Club lobby, click on the menu button. Select “Admin”, then “Club Level”. Select your desired Club level and click the “Confirm” button.
Note: you may be requested to perform an SMS verification in order to proceed with a Club Level Upgrade.
I AM A MEMBER/OWNER OF A CLUB ALREADY, CAN I CREATE/JOIN ANOTHER CLUB?
Yes, you can create or join other Clubs even if you are already a member or owner of a Club.
HOW DO I SWITCH BETWEEN CLUBS THAT I AM A MEMBER/OWNER OF?
To switch between Clubs, swipe left or right in the main lobby (where the Gold Lobby Games are also displayed), find the Club you are looking for and click on it. You may need to exit a Club lobby screen first to return to the main lobby.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLUB AND A UNION?
A Club is a group of players and/or agents managed by one person – the Club’s creator. Players within a Club can only play with one another unless the Club decides to create/join a Union.
A Union is a group of Clubs that share tables together. Within a Union, all players from every Club in the Union can play against one another.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLUB OWNER, MANAGER AND AGENT?
A Club owner can create a Union (under certain conditions), disband a Union (if they created it), disband the Club and promote members to the status of manager.
A Club manager can:
- Promote a member to the status of agent
- Add/remove players to/from the Club
- Buy chips for the Club and send/claim back chips to/from players
- Grant/claim back credit
- Create/remove tables (unless they are part of a Union that has restricted the right to do so)
- Export data from the Club, with access to the data of all the players within the Club.
An agent is restricted to managing players directly under them. Agents can send and claim back chips from players that are part of their own agent downline, track data during the week on players that are part of their downline and export data on players that are part of their downline.
Agents cannot buy chips for downline players directly; they must request them from the Club. Agents cannot add or remove players to/from the Club; they must request this from the Club.
WHAT IS A SUPER AGENT?
Super Agents are promoted agents with some of the permissions of Club managers – restricted to their own agents and downline players. They can credit agents in their downline and send/claim chips to/from their downline agents and players, restrict access and grant VIP Cards, for example. A Club’s owner and managers can restrict some options for Super Agents.
Super Agents count towards the number of total managers as specified per Club level. So, for example, a Club with two managers and three Super Agents will need to be at Club Level 3 or higher.
HOW DO I ADD MORE CHIPS TO MY CLUB?
To add more chips, you must exchange Diamonds for chips within your Club. To purchase Diamonds:
- Log into your account using your Player ID and password.
- In the upper right corner of the main lobby, there is a purple Diamond icon, along with a number displaying your current Diamond balance. Click on the yellow “+” button.
- Choose one of the many available options that suits your needs best.
Once you have purchased Diamonds, enter your Club. In the upper right corner of your Club lobby, there is a red chip icon, along with a number displaying your current Club chip balance. Click on the yellow “+” button to exchange Diamonds for chips, and click “Confirm”.
Note: Only the Club owner can exchange Diamonds for chips in a Club. If you are a member of the Club, you have to request chips from your agent/Club owner.
FEATURES
HOW DO I TOP UP CHIPS WHILE AT A TABLE?
Click the menu icon in the top left of the screen and then “Top Up”. Use the slider to choose how many chips you would like to add to your stack (your available total chips are visible beneath as “Account Balance”). You can top up at any time, up to the maximum buy-in allowed on the table.
WHAT DO THE ICONS NEXT TO THE AVATARS AND GAMES MEAN?
Broken Yellow Phone icon: A player has been offline for more than 30 days.
“C” icon: Players share the same Club. For example, if there are two players showing a yellow “C” icon, and two players showing a green “C” icon, there are two players each at the table from two Clubs.
Gray Lock icon: The Agent/Manager has some restrictions.
Yellow Lock icon: A player is restricted from accessing some stakes.
Silver Key icon and Gold key icon: “Buy-in Authorization” and “Private Game”. If both settings are ON, these will appear simultaneously.
HOW DO “RUN IT MULTIPLE TIMES” AND “INSURANCE” WORK?
The “run it multiple times” and insurance options allow players to reduce variance. Both of these features must be enabled by the table creator; you will know they are active when a small note appears in the center of the table in-game. Both features are activated when players are all-in.
For the “run it multiple times” feature, all-in players may opt to run out the remaining community cards once, twice or three times. If the community cards run more than once, the pot will be split accordingly (for example, a player winning two out of three run-outs in the “run it three times” version will receive two thirds of the pot).
Insurance provides the favorite in an all-in situation a way to insure his (currently stronger) made hand against bad luck in the coming cards. If the beat hits, a player who opted for insurance will be paid out according to what part of the pot they have insured. For more on insurance, including odds and Diamond cost to Clubs, click on the “?” icon next to “Insurance” in the table set-up screen.
HOW DOES THE BAD BEAT JACKPOT WORK?
Club owners can choose to enable the Bad Beat Jackpot (BBJ) feature in their Clubs by setting aside at least 3,000 Club Chips for it and then enabling the feature on individual tables. When the Bad Beat Jackpot is enabled on a table, a small part of each pot larger than ten Big Blinds (post-flop) will be taken from the pot and contributed to the BBJ payout. Note: there must be at least four players dealt in preflop for the BBJ to be active.
The prize pool for the Bad Beat Jackpot is awarded when players hit certain Bad Beat hands. Click the Bad Beat Jackpot icon in the top right of a Club’s screen to see qualifying hands and payout information.

HOW DO I KNOW POKERBROS IS FAIR? WHAT ARE ITS CERTIFICATIONS?

HOW DOES POKERBROS KEEP BOTS OUT OF GAMES?
Game Integrity BROS take bot detection and removal very seriously. The team combine years of experience in the game integrity sector with cutting edge technology like the Live Alerts Engine that flags suspicious behavior 24/7. GIB have a proactive detection rate of 97% and are always developing new ways to combat bots and cheats.
WHAT IS DISCONNECT PROTECTION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Disconnect protection is a feature designed to protect players if their network is unstable. Our system gives 60 seconds to the disconnected player to return to the table and will automatically check/fold during the protection time. After two hands, if the player still hasn’t reconnected, they will automatically sit out on all tables.
WHAT IS GPS/IP RESTRICTION?
Unlike competitors’ versions, our GPS restriction works by blocking players within 500 meters of each other from sitting at the same table. IP restriction works by blocking accounts with the same IP address from sitting at the same table. These act as preventative measures to stop collusion between players.
HOW DOES THE PHOTO VERIFICATION WORK?
When players join ring games or MTTs that have the feature enabled, a picture with a slider will pop up at random intervals during the game. Players then have 15 seconds to align the photo horizontally by dragging the slider.
After three failed attempts (three successive photos, each with a maximum of three attempts within the 15 second time limit), ring game players will be removed and barred from joining the table again. In MTTs, players won’t be removed from the game, but an alert will automatically be sent to Game Integrity BROS so that they can investigate.
To turn on Photo Rotating Verification, click the option in the menu after choosing “Create a new Table” (No Limit Hold’em, 6-Max Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha or Open Face Chinese Poker). All players joining the table will then be subject to random spot checks using the photo/slider popup.
